Best Wifi Internet Provider in Paraguay

Personal is the best choice. They arrive quickly to install their router, have great upload & download speeds, and are affordable.

Starlink is the quickest possible way to have working wifi, because one can simply buy their device in a store, and set it up themselves.

Tigo unfortunately never came to install their router when they claimed they would install ours.

Our Wifi Experience in Paraguay

We've tried three different wifi providers for Fluido Spanish School. When we opened our school in Villa Morra, we wanted something fast. Our friend ordered wifi from Tigo on our behalf. They claimed that they would come with in 48 hours. They never did. 

After one day, we sensed that Tigo wasn't going to come, so we bought Starlink from Bristol, in order to immediately have internet. It worked immediately. Around a week passed and Tigo kept claiming that they would come. They never did, so we decided to cancel and ask for a refund. The refund was a challenge to get, but we did receive it eventually.

Starlink worked, but was expensive and not as fast as local options. It's a great solution for those who immediately need wifi, or are in a remote location where a local option can't reach them.

After a while, we weren't happy with the speed of our Starlink internet throughout our school. While we were researching how to position it better, we realized that a local internet provider would be cheaper and faster.

We contacted Personal on a Saturday, and booked them to come install on a Monday. They came! Their internet is faster and cheaper.
