Macuto barberia
In Villa Morra, Macuto only charges Gs. 85,000 ($14) for a haircut. We recommend the barber named Will, who's very patient and truly cares that his clients are satisfied.

Barberia Ibarbieri
A bit more expensive, this a great option in Recoleta. Their shop is attached to a larger women's salon, so make sure to find the right door.
While they lack a website, here's their whatsapp number, as listed on google. It is a bit more expensive than Macuto.
Dino
Located in Paseo La Galería, Dino is more of a high end salon, close to the Las Lomas neighborhood. The owner is named Stefano Gallitelli, and he gives incredible haircuts. He studied the art in London and Italy.
